Family Medicine

At N AL Family Medicine, we are a full service family medicine practice that provides services ranging from physicals to diagnosis and treatment of specific health concerns for patients ages 2 and above. Treatments and follow-up’s are tailored to your individual needs.

Travel Medicine

As the only designated yellow fever vaccination clinic in the city of Madison, Dr. Burrell works with Travel Clinics of America to provide travel education and vaccinations for all of your travel destinations. Whether for work, deployment, missions trip, or vacation, be sure to have safe travels by visiting your travel specialist before your departure.

Obesity Medicine

Eldest of 3 born and raised in Demopolis / Linden, AL area by parents and grandparents who were very much instrumental and involved in my development. From an early age pursued medicine as career goal and later realized through life experiences that it was my calling.

Dr. Burrell is the owner of N AL Family Medicine LLC, a full service family medicine clinic in Madison, Alabama. She is a member of Obesity Medical Association (OMA) and also a Travel Medicine Specialist with Travel Clinics of America (TCA)
